August 5, 1999 Len Sutherland VSI Construction, Inc. 11751 Troy Lane North Maple Grove, MN 55369 Dear Len: On behalf of all of us at Voyager Financial Services Corporation and Voyager Bank, thank you to you and everyone at VSI Construction, Inc. for the exceptional work and service that you have provided to us in the last few months both with the build-out of, and move to, our new Edina office and the remodeling and relocation of our Mankato branch and office building. The build-out of our Edina office was completed ahead of schedule and on budget despite a tight timeframe. When we informed the landlord of our projected move-in date, they told us that there was no way that the construction could be completed by that time and that we should anticipate extending the move-in date by about a month. VSI was able to complete the work a week before even our most optimistic move-in date. The office move was completed over a weekend enabling us to have a smooth transition. The suggestions that you made and the work that VSI and its subcontractors performed has created a top quality office space. The leasing agents for the building use our space as the model for prospective tenants to show what can be done in the building. Our Mankato project consisted of making an old, outdated building into a first class, showcase bank location. The final result exceeds our expectations. Again, the project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. We have received numerous compliments from both old and new customers about the look of the new facility and our employees at the Mankato office are very pleased with the new office. VSI was able to meet a tight deadline imposed by a potential subtenant of our former location, enabling us to sublease our former location and save significant rent costs. VSI was able to move an entire banking operation in a weekend with no interruption in our business. The move was handled in an efficient, cost effective manner. We value our relationship with VSI and look forward to working with you on future projects. Very truly yours, |
