To Whom It May Concern: On behalf of Voyager Bank, we strongly recommend an award of excellence for VSI Construction, Inc. for the renovation of our Mankato, Minnesota property. VSI has been our contractor for many years and we hope to continue our relationship with VSI in the years to come. Our Mankato project consisted of taking an old, outdated building in downtown Mankato and making it into a first class, showcase bank location. The final results exceeded even our high expectations. Throughout the design and construction process, VSI kept us informed and educated. VSI completed the project ahead of the tight schedule that we require and was able to do so on budget. The tight schedule was imposed by a potential subtenant of our former location. By meeting the schedule, VSI enabled us to sublease our former location and save significant rent costs. VSI also was responsible for moving our entire banking operation in Mankato from our former location to our current location. VSI did so in a weekend with no interruption in our business. The move was handled in an efficient, cost effective manner. We have received numerous compliments from both old and new customers about the look of the new facility and our employees at the Mankato office are very pleased with the new office. It created the impact in the Mankato market that we were looking for and helped in establishing Voyager Bank as the dominant community bank in the market.
